What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places in your browser when you visit. They help the site remember certain things — such as whether you have already seen a notice — so that you do not need to respond to it again on your next visit.
Cookies do not run programmes or carry viruses. They are a standard part of how most websites work, and you have full control over them through your browser settings or the preference controls below.
Cookie Types We Use
- Essential cookies — These are required for the site to function. They manage session state and the display of the cookie consent notice. They cannot be turned off.
- Analytics cookies — These help us understand how pages are read and navigated — for example, which reading sections receive the most attention. No personally identifiable information is stored.
- Preference cookies — These remember your choices, such as any display settings or language preferences you may have selected.
- Marketing cookies — These are not currently active on this site. They would only be used with your consent.
Third-Party Cookies
Where analytics tools are enabled, they may place their own cookies. The services we may use include:
- Google Analytics — aggregate reading behaviour statistics. Governed by Google's privacy policy.
- Google Maps — used on our contact page to display our Bangkok location. Google may set cookies as part of the map embed.
We do not use social media pixel tracking or advertising network cookies.
Cookie Duration
- Session cookies — Deleted when you close your browser. Used for basic site navigation.
- Persistent cookies — Remain until expiry or until you delete them. Our consent record cookie lasts up to 12 months. Analytics cookies typically expire after 13 months.
Your Cookie Preferences
Your choices are saved in your browser and apply to this site only. Changes take effect on your next page load.

On mobile devices, cookie settings are usually found under the browser app's Settings → Privacy section. The exact path varies by device and browser version. Note that clearing cookies on mobile may also sign you out of other services stored in the same browser.
Your Rights
You may withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time by updating your preferences in the controls above. Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing that took place before withdrawal.
Disabling analytics or preference cookies will not prevent you from reading our website, but some display settings may not be remembered between visits.
