Why Heirpath

The Difference a Considered Approach Makes

Deep Familiarity with Published Sources

Our reading materials draw from publicly available estate literature — helping you find your bearings before consulting a regulated professional.

Clear About What We Are Not

We do not offer legal, financial, or tax services. That clarity protects you and keeps our educational work honest and straightforward.

Calm, Unhurried Pacing

Estate reading is not something to rush. Our courses and bundles are structured for slow, considered absorption — not overnight comprehension.

Practical Record-Keeping Focus

Beyond reading, we help families build the filing and organisational habits that make a real difference when households need to act quickly.

Designed for Bangkok Families

Sessions and materials are shaped with the cultural and practical realities of Bangkok households in mind — bilingual families, mixed asset portfolios, and multi-generational homes.

No Hidden Upsells

You enrol in what you need. We do not have a referral arrangement with any law firms or financial advisers — our recommendations exist to serve readers, not funnels.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this estate planning advice or legal consultation? +
No. Heirpath does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice of any kind. Our courses and consulting are strictly educational and operational. We help you read and understand publicly available material, and organise your own household records. For professional matters, we encourage you to engage a qualified solicitor, notary, or financial planner.
Who is the typical participant in Heirpath programmes? +
Most of our participants are working adults in Bangkok aged 35–65 who want to be better prepared for conversations with their family and professional advisers. Many are expatriates or Thais with overseas assets, dealing with more complex household situations than a single jurisdiction typically handles.
How long does the Estate Concept Reading Course take? +
The course is designed for self-paced reading. Most participants complete the core material over four to eight weeks, reading for an hour or two a week. There is no deadline — the material is yours to return to.
What does the Family Record-Keeping Consulting engagement involve? +
Typically two to three sessions where we review your current household filing setup and work with you to design a practical folder structure, naming conventions, and a once-a-year review habit. We focus only on the organisational and procedural side — we do not handle the documents themselves or comment on their content.
Are the in-person sessions in the Annual Bundle held in English? +
Yes. Sessions are conducted in English and held at our Lumphini, Bangkok office. Written materials are also in English. If you need Thai-language support for specific reading contexts, we can discuss that on enquiry.
How is my personal information handled? +
Contact and enrolment data is used only to deliver and administer the service you have enquired about. We do not share your details with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept bank transfer to a Thai account, and selected card payments. Full payment details are provided after you confirm your enrolment. All prices are in Thai Baht (฿). Receipts are issued for every transaction.
